Mable H Kehres

The Mable H Kehres tenant in unit work consists of new flooring, hard-surface countertops, select window and sliding doors and energy-efficiency upgrades to all 200 units that includes LED lighting, EnergyStar Appliances, low-flow fixtures, and pest management. This project will meet Enterprise Green Community standards. The first-floor amenity spaces will be reconfigured and fully updated to accommodate our communities of opportunity program. New finishes will be installed to the adjacent Monroe Center for Healthy Aging and the community room will receive a renovated kitchen area to meet programming needs. All community spaces, offices, and first floor common corridors, will receive new LVT flooring, paint, signage, and LED fixture upgrades. Minor mechanical upgrades include replacement of Energy Efficient Variable Frequency Drive for all circulating equipment and smart boiler controls. Exterior sitework includes concrete driveway and bus loop replacement ADA accessibility parking lot, town home driveway repairs, new LED lighting.
